ref405s power question

the soundstream reference 405s amp is rated at 25x4 and 100 watts @4 ohms on 12 volts of power, i was told that the way these amps are designed, at 14.4 volts regulated, those numbers would increase considerably, does anyone have the exact specifications of this or is it just speculation. Also numbers at 2 ohms, 1 ohm etc, thanks.
