redoing center console

Im thinking about redoing my center console, with somehow a way to add in a set of speakers and an amp or two if space permits. Since i know the back of a speaker is magnetic, if that was 4 inches from an amp, would that mess it up?

i've never had a problem with the magnet. is the sub inverted?
