Red or Yellow?

I am running a BX1500D w/ 1farad cap and I am looking to replace my battery w/ an optima. I'm not looking to get a second battery yet, but I want to know what kind should I put under my hood, Red or Yellow? Their webiste says Red is a "starter" and Yellow is a "Deep Cycle" but I have no idea which is better for high powered stereo.

Optima told me to get a yellow top for the main battery if you have a high powered system.

yep yellow, red is for every day type normal people. We on this forum is not normal.
