recone guys need help

yup your recone is bad. The rub will probably get worse over time and eventually break.

when i slightly press the surround on the right side, the rub goes away..... most probably i will have to reglue the surround properly onto the gasket.....

i need some info.

1) same coil size / diameter / 2 layer , but with a fatter wire , will give me more ohms or less? mayb i used the wrong wire gauge?

you have to push dead center. pushing to 1 side or another depending on how tight the gap is it will rub.

hummm. yes mayb thts one of the main reason y its rubbing. all in all, sounds pretty decent.... but keeps on smelling like a dry fish... (the previous burnt coil smell is still there)....
