Recone dd9512?

I was curious about a few things about reconing. First of all, does it replace the foam surround too? Secondly can anyone on here do it? And if so how much is the charge? Thanks.

@SPLaudio can do recones. And yeah reconing means removing all soft parts and replacing them completely (soft part = anything but the magnet and the basket)

How much would it cost, and would it be worth it to recone it from D4 to a D2 or is that too much? Or would I want to? Lol, I have an Orion 2500d which is 2500 @ 1 or 1700 @ 2, but the speaker spec says 1500wrms so I dunno... either way, I put acrylic latex plus caulking on it to try to seal it, and this morning I put 100% silicone over the latex, hope it holds up.
