ok what would you guys recommend for 2 10's in a 95 M3... sealed box about .65 cu ft per sub.... im not looking for a ton of bass but enough, and very clean (like everyone says). i havent purchasd a amp yet either so throw in some amp idea's also...

thanks!

yah it has to be 2 10's... already have the box. and for price wise i dont want to spend a arm and a leg.. more budget the better, but i dont want crap... and im not going for show quality or anything just clean bass... for a reasonable price //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

like $250 per sub is too much.

That's what I was going to say...**** YOU SHINOBI!!!

Anything by RE or IA will be excellent. Even their lower end subs. Really good boom for the price and leaves you lots of money left over to get an amp.

For best bang for the buck - 2 RE 10's powered by a 300-400 watt amp.

If you want a little more boom - 2 LI 10's powered by a 800-1000 watt amp. (plenty of noise)

thanks guys... can you guys post up the prices of the subs and amps too.... $170 a sub isnt bad if its a nice sub id go with that...

and i have heard a lot about the RE's so that will definitely be a possibility.

if i did 2 RE SE 10's.. what amp would you guys reccomend??? and how many channels???

i havent heard ofthe lethal injection subs before... good quality?? sound???

and for the fronts i plan on running some 5.25 MBQ components and i need to power those too.... so another amp recommendation would be great.

and for rear channel ill probably leave it with the stock 4" speakers as fill, or pull them out to get the bass in the cabin.

thanks again guys //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/thumbsupwink.gif.129404938effda6ad9cca39e7f4b58a3.gif

I really enjoy my setup (2 diamond m6mkII 10's + eD NINe.1) as far as sq. It gets pretty dam loud for a couple of tens too. I have them installed in a jeep grand cherokee and they make the roof fluctuate about an inch when I crank them up. Diamonds are very well known for their awesome sq and many say that the M6's have just as good of sq as the tdx's (diamonds top of the line). I have them running in a .8 cuft box but they would work perfect in a .65 cu ft box, but thy need quite a bit of power. I have them running off about 750w each.

BTW, I got each sub for 175 through an authorized dealer and I picked up my NINe.1 amp for 250 direct through eD (http://www.edesignaudio.com). However, they raised the price on the amp and it is now 350, but is still well worth it.

I recently purchased 2 Infinity Kappa Perfect 10.1's to go into a dual 10" box with .65 cu ft for each sub. They will be powered by an Infinity 610A, producing ~330w to each sub.

Infinity Class D 610A Amp - $214 shipped ebay

(2) Infinity Kappa Perfect 10.1 4ohm - $250 ebay

All brand new.

I should have them all installed by the end of the week!
