RECOMMENDATIONS for 2 10's in a M3

Yeah the Koda's are a bit pricey for a 10, but from what Ive heard, worth every penny. But if money is more of an issue, Im sure the ID would be a great choice as Ive been a satisfied ID user for many years. The splinter I have no experience with, but hear really good things. I only chose the Koda's because I've heard amazing things about them. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

oh yah i didnt realize the KODA's were $230 a sub! that is pretty pricey.... and id rather not pay that much for each sub, unless they are a WAY better speaker.... since i can 2 speakers for a little more money... so thats definitly something I will put into consideration.

- eD's are about $230

- Image Dynamics are $240

- Sound Splinter is $280-290

- RE ... I cant find aywhere with mounting depth for these, or anywhere that sells them //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif anyone have a website i can find them at??

- ADIRE koda's $460

... hmmmmmmmmmm

yah i found the IDQ10's for $144...... hmmm.... i would go idq over the normal id's.

are these the best drivers for the money??? and what kind of power will i need for these and ill probably do the 2 ohm.

No, the IDQ's are not a step up, eventhough the price and model number imply otherwise. The ID's are V3's, with better excursion and iirc better power handling than the IDQ's, and are said to have SQ equal to or better than IDQ's. The IDQ's are still version 2 wih less excursion (around 11mm iirc) etc. Get the IDv3's if you go that route.

cool thanks for the info //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

i dont know why this is such a tough decision.... im really leaning towards the eD just because its a package deal and would be easy to get it all at once.

if u do the eD packange..make sure it's in stock and not some pre-order, or something.

i'd still do the soundsplinters, awesome,awesome sub...lol

wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee:peace:

infinity subs are worth taking a look at. i know they are rated at 350 watt rms but i have my 12 handling 500 watts rms and it could probably handle more than that. plus the SQ is really good. 3 year warranty and about 150 a sub. ive have my sub for about 4 months and im very pleased with it.

back from the grave! still havent bought subs //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/uhoh.gif.c07307dd22ee7e63e22fc8e9c614d1fd.gif but hey still looking for recommendations.
