recommend speakers?

just got the new Kenwood x790 and love it, now i need some new speakers its going into a 92 camry and it will be powered of the HU, i want something that is good and good in price $100 or less i can get the memphis for $80 pair i think there 2 ways, i need 2 ways i allready have some tweeters and i think i need 6 1/2s and 6x9 rear correct me if i am wrong thanks.

does anyone know what size the 92 camry front speakers are? crutchfield has them listed as 5 1/4" but someone else told me 6 1/2"??? and what other speakers are out there thats good in price and sound quality?
