Recommend Double DIN headunit?

Hi all.

I am shopping for a double DIN headunit for my Ram 1500.

I will be running two Sundown amps with two SA-10 subs. Still shopping for door speakers but I'm leaning towards the ID CXS or CDT HD components.

What's a good headunit these days? No navigation needed, just Bluetooth and iPhone friendly. Great SQ is a must. Alpine or Pioneer?

Budget max is $500 or so, but less is better.

I'm a big fan of the Pioneer NEX series of HU. I personally have the NEX4000 which can use your Android or iPhone apps and you get free Navigation to boot.
