Recommend a pair of 12's for my new amp - T2500-1bdCP

Just bought a used Rockford Fosgate T2500-1bCP

There's no birthsheet but typically they read around 3200 rms at 1 and 2 ohms, I want to wire to 1 ohm though and hopefully i won't lose much power with box rise

Will be using current box that is 4.7 cubes tuned to 32.4 hz, new bigger subs will lower volume and up the tuning a little bit

I'll be getting rid of the type-r's because i don't think they will handle the power, which actually is sad because i love everything about them they're just not loud enough, they hit low and evenly across all frequency's and sound good to me. I once owned a Fi Q 12" and it wasn't loud enough for me and didn't hit the lows as good as my 2 type-r's.

So please recommend a pair of 12's for my new amp, i want something with the same sound quality as the type-r's i have right now but just a lot louder if possible. I want them loud for music, no metering or competing

Money isn't a concern however i would only want to pay for something really expensive if it's way better than the cheaper option

A 12" American Bass XFL is only 160 brand new but there must be some flaw to it since its so cheap? SSA Xcon 12" is over twice that for 350. The SSA subs have a low fs like the alpine type-r, maybe thats a good thing? Maybe icon 12's would be better for me.

There's so many options out there it's so hard to decide, please help, and if you can, give the pros and cons of your suggestions, thanks!

Are you a dealer? Great price and would fit my box perfectly, how do they do on higher frequency's from 40hz to 50hz? Also my amp wouldn't be too much power?

No not a dealer. Lol if I was I would already have a pair... You are our ginnie pig. Let us know how they sound if you buy them. They looks nice for the price

Xfl subs aren't $160 new shipped. If your finding them that low. Could be old stock or refurbished. Non the less either way no ab warranty
okay could be true, i was checking amazon, anyways though what would you recommend for me? What 12's would you run with this amp?

Two SounDrive SDA3s would be perfect for that build. :)

Let me know if you're interested in them. We've got more info on them on our site and a few videos of builds on YouTube.
