Recommend a good/cheap equalizer to flatten bass

Hey all you SQ guys.

My bass response is pretty "hump" like in my Integra. I have a single 12" TC-1000 in my trunk, sealed, with 400 watts rms going to it. My HU is crap and only has bass, mid, treble controls which aren't good enough.

I've measured the response and from 30-80 hz it rises about 10 dB in the middle and comes back down at the end.

What's a good equalizer under $100 that will work for me?

That loooks pretty good, but I'm probably going with a new one.

Question. How is the Q factor on most equalizers?

I need to bring 30-70 hz down, with the most cut needed in the middle of course. Do most equalizers affect such a large range if I pick the center frequency?

For example, if I cut 55 hz by 10 dB, how much will this affect 45 hz, 35 hz, 65, etc?
