I'm usually a big JL audio fan but the 12w7's i wanna run arent really matched up to the 2 sub amps I have.. Mainly cause of thier stupid a$$ ohm load I mean who the hell wants a 3 ohm load, lol I guess i could try to push them 1.5ohm mono but i want a setup that is bullet proof and not going into protection after 35 minutes of use..

I'll have 2 Zapco C2K 9.0's which are capable of 4400watts RMS and little over 8,000watts peak

I really don't like 1 note wonder boxes and want a good sub that is efficient and sounds clean.. I cant stand sloppy sounding bass

any reccomendations on 4 12's that would be up to this task?

I was running w7's for months and just got these in a week ago:D You only need 2 and they are 2000RMS great for your amps, I even read a review once where the Zapco C2k9.0 was recommended to run with the XXX. GL!!!

wow those look massive compared to my old w-7's lol im sure those could handle the 2,200 watt per channel peak load my 9.0's will deliver

lemme know how they sound //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

your amp does 4400 watts. Peak isn't important.

i know my amps have put out 1,700-2,100 watts on bass notes per channel as per the VFD panel zapco 9.0 amps use, im adding another 9.0 and plan to buy 4 subs i wanna hit 155-160db in my truck i know it won't be cheap but should be fun

Just get Critical Mass UL12s. Undisputed SQ, and lightweight. I can't imagine you running 4 12's that can handle that power without needing new shocks on the rear of your car.

DD 2512. i run a pair of 2510's on a 9.0. perfect match. my box is tuned high because of the vehicle, but i have the most range and most dynamic bass you will ever hear with as much output as i have.
