reasons why gas goes up

Now they are saying that by the middle of summer we will be at $4.00 per gallon? WTF?
Thats called a scare tactic. you might as well try to forecast the weather for the end of the year. you can assume the price will be going up. But at what rate? Well, that depends.

The last time I heard this, gas was exactly where it's at right now. North of $3.00 per gallon.
