Rear Fill Question

Everything is currently stock in my car - when I put the fade all the way to the front, I don't like it as much...seemed to lose some bass and general sound. Does this have any bearing as to whether or not I should get rear fill with a good set of components and a sub? Or are the stock speakers so bad it's not even comparable? I tested it in 2 different civics.

if you do a good set of Comps in the front door's. with propper soundeadining.. the sound of the sub will fill up ur rear fill..
