Rear Deck Speakers and Sub interference

I was wondering if the rear deck speakers ( 6 X 9's) would experience any distortion if I were to place a sub directly underneath them in the trunk inside a sealed box. The sub is a Pioneer 350 Watt, prolly going to be powered by a 300 Watt amp.
