What are the benefits in doing an IB setup? The cons? I'm wanting to do something completely different with this car, than I have normally. I was thinking either an IB setup on the rear deck with 8's, or a nice t-line with a single or dual 8's. I have no clue what to do when it comes to either, but I'm fairly sure I could do the IB setup with some guidance, but the T-Line would have to be built by someone on here, most likely.

I'd personally want more cone area for IB. It might "okay" output wise depending on your standards. I've never done anything less than a single high excursion 12" for IB and sometimes with those setups, I wanted more "fun."

Well, mainly looking for better quality thank stock, but more bump than stock too. I don't need to be heard from far away, or flex a lot. I don't have a very deep rear deck, which is why I would want to do 2 8's. I could do 2 10's, or a single 12, but don't want to cut up the deck just yet. I'd like to try out an IB setup first, and if I don't like it, spend the time and money getting a T-Line built, and using the IB setup until the T-Line is done.

because he wanna do something different
Exactly. I would like to get experience in more situations than just a box, and subs. Not many people, that I know personally (If any at all) run an IB or T-Line, so I thought I may give it a try, to at least see what they're about.
