Really need alternator help.

I have a 1987 Grand Marquis.. and my stock alternator is struggling. I don't even think it's charging my battery.

I need help searching for a new one. I've been looking on the internet and the highest one I could find was 140 amps.

If any of you have any suggestions on where to look, it would be really appreciated. Thanks.

Does ur alternator whine? Like not out of the speakers itself, but the actual alternator. Mine did that horribly, and i had horrible dimming, hell my dome light dimmed when my midbass hit. I just picked up an OEM alt, only costed me like 80 bucks. I was going to get me a HO alt but they're just to dang expensive and i dont know it would improve anything to the point that 339$ (lowest quote - dom ) could justify.
