No, they require more than that for good low frequency extension.
You can use them in a 1.5cuft enclosure....but you won't get much low end extension. Again, look at how people actually use them. Infinite baffle or very large enclosures.

in small sealed they are the definition of punchy but wont seem to play to low i tried it lol

Massive Audio DMX 15's can do 91.02 with 1 watt when wired at 1 ohm mono, which isnt too shabby. especially for a 15.

from what i read, mine gets goin nicely with about 275 - 300 watts on it

so the one your selling has never seen power?
