Really Confused With My Batteries Please Help Me....

Ok first of all i have a new Deka Battery under the hood that is less than a month old i would say and in the back i have a kinetik hc 1800 that is 3 months old...i have the big 3 done in 0 gauge with knu wire, i have a pos and neg run to the back and a ground on the frame to the back battery. I bought this alternator off ebay thinking it would be better than factory.......... SAAB 9-7X NEW Alternator 200AMP 05 06 5.3L : eBay Motors (item 350310708395 end time Mar-29-10 15:57:51 PDT)

It bolt up fine etc...the downside is that when i use my turn signal my battery gauge dips down....with the vehicle running the front battery is sitting right at 14 while the back is at 13.96 or somewhere around there....could this alternator i bought off of ebay not be charging my batteries the correct way? please help i dont know what to do...I have checked every connection and all of them are good.

Take it to like Auto Zone, Advanced Auto Parts, or Oreillys or whatever other part store you got and get them to hook it up to their tester thingy.

I have a '89 Celebrity that does the same thing...drops to where the engine goes with the turn signal+the up and down of the stock volt meter. The car is a toggle switch car...which probably has to do with why my car does it. BUT yea...take it and get it tested for the hell of it. Only thing I can come up with lol...someone else might have a better idea.
