Realized I have a Super Nintendo at home...put it in the car?

I didn't need any special adapters for my NES to put it in the car....It has the simple RCA connections on it, video and audio. thats all. no coaxial cables or anything for me.

i have my ps2 and like a 17 inch crt monitor in my van for trips. I used to play it through my old $30 cheapie hu in my old system and it worked perfectly. Now with my new hu though I get mad static that i cant get to go away no matter what. Pioneer FTL

There's no way you simply used RCA's for that, unless you have some modified version. I'd take a pic of mine but I don't feel like it. But, I'm telling you, it requires a RF Coaxial cable...and I've had no luck finding anybody who makes a RF-->RCA cable unless it's $100+.

If I had a lot of money I would do a carputer and just load all games onto that, but I don't have the time or money to figure that out. I've owe about $250 to a fellow board member for a processor I'm buying and up next is a more power 4-channel for my fronts. I've been saving about $10 each paycheck to go toward gear when I get a new car in a few years...by then I should have $1000 extra on top of whatever I decide to put into it then. Maybe a carputer then?...

::yawn:: apparantly you don't know the original NES.

Theres a power cable on it, that you duh plug into power.

and then on the side there is teh 1 yellow video input, and 1 red audio input (since NES isn't stereo and all).

There is an optional Coaxial cable plug for it, but its not necessary to use both the RCA video and the coaxial one.

Thats all it is. Believe me or not, I dont care.

I have a whole box of NES games including the original Metal Gear lol. If your going the run the SNES all you need is NHL 94 no other game matters besides Mario 3

I have plans to do something like that as well. I might do something that has wireless controllers though because I don't want cords everywehre in my car
