what you mean shift kit?

im not sure if theres one for the WRX but i kno for my dads old 94 Mustang he had bought a shift kit for his automatic n it helps the auto ****** from overlappin the gears, i dont kno much bout the WRX cuz i havent owned 1 so who knows maybe it already has 1 but wen my dad got the shift kit it had a stage 2...3 stage 2 for street use n stage 3 for drag use, the stage 3 is ok to use on the road but the tires would prolly just spin but ur car is all-wheel drive so it would get more traction, heres a link on wikipedia so u can read more about it than my explanation cuz its been 3 years since he had the kit n if i remember correctly its just some gaskets but idk i was more into my car than to worry bout his shift kit

the whole reason i said stick>auto is becuase this is a wannabe rally car. minus the stick. there is no point to have a turbo wrx in automatic. its not the same car. and down shifting an automatic transmission youre asking for problems down the road. learn how to drive

maybe wit faster cars, but i never seen a fast car that wasnt a muscle car, i go to the drag strip just to watch the muscle cars, but between me n my moms car, i used to have a 95 2.0L SOHC Neon auto n she has a 99 Saturn SL1 1.9L SOHC 5-speed, i do notice that her car off the line is faster but gettin up to speed my neon witout a doubt was faster gettin up to speed even wit the lil wheel hop i get off the line wit the neon, i might b able to get up to speed a lil fast wit the saturn is i just didnt use the clutch n just throw it into gear but since its not my car i dont wanna go thru her gears like that...but it does kinda make sense wit that cavalier ur talkin bout, u can get more torque outta the 4 gears u use rather than 2 gears bein used in the powerglide, have u tried gearin the powerglide differently many times? n i kno wit the powerglide if u stay in the first gear too long or too short ull have slower times, i kno alotta pple go n say their pro n all this but wit that adrenaline the shiftin arm tends to get real excited n may wanna shift a lil early....btw im not arguin or tryna start a fight or anythin but just talkin n statin some words

You need to get your g key fixed on your keyboard. Seems like 75% of the time its not working for you.

all there is for the auto ****** is the torque converter and valvebodies, and clutch packs if you want to.

lol its funny, now all you have to do is learn how to use the clutch, trade it in get a real one. and yeah i am jealous i mean i wish my daddy would buy me cars but im not spoiled.

there is something wrong with you if you go out and buy a rally car in automatic. i can understand buying a family sedan or truck or anything else in auto except a sports car. if you got tired of it maybe you should go hide under a rock somewhere. ill be posting pictures of my car soon enough and dont worry its an automatic. but its not a sports car either, daddy wouldnt drop 5 grand in with me
