I've found that unless you're trying to order something it's near impossible to communicate with them in any way.

Yup. They have that little icon that says online help, but it's always offline. They are terrible to deal with.

Yeah I've thought about just reselling it.

It's a massive cw 15 d4. It's a nice sub, but I already found one b4 they restocked it, so thats why I'm kind of frustrated. I mean I could run a third... but its kind of impratical... imo.

I'd rather just get my refund asap, and get the whole thing cleared up.

I was hoping maybe someone, sometime, by some slip of fate, got a number they actually answer. lol.

I know they aren't so busy that every second every day the phones are ringing off the hook. Well maybe they are, but thats because the customers they've peeved over the last 2 years are still trying to get ahold of them.

lol well its like the owner i got ahold of... he didnt sound happy...

I got refunded, though i got hit w/ a 20% restocking fee... which made me almost think not to do it...

But i was like screw it, the hassle will be over with then.

So i got 170 back out of like 230.... i'd rather take a small loss then a big one.

Still people, dont order from them.
