Man, do I feel bloated

So tonight I had the brilliant idea to order a 1 pound hamburger from the bar/restaurant we went to.

Out of the 4 of us that got the burger, i was the only one to actually finish the entire thing. The next closest one got barely halfway through it.

Possibly not the brightest thing I've done because now i'm all bloated and feelin like crap.

If all the protein I ate today (red meat, protein bar) wasn't gonna make me gain weight, that giant burger sure will.

1.5 pounds is definitely a lot. If I had the willpower I could probably do it, but I'm not the kind of person to eat more than I have to just to save money.
