i wouldnt put that much power to one........orion 1200d would be plenty

Just because you put the Orion 2500D to an XXX doesnt mean that its going to get a full 2500w, plenty of people have this combo and it works fine. I would put an Orion 2500D to an XXX any time of the day. In the other hand, the 1200D would not be enough, as experienced by many. if your going for the 1200D might as well get an SX.

I'd give my XXX 2500watts and not worry about it.

BUT that's because i'm Confident and And back my work.

So as long as u know what ur doing and do it right, xxx CAN see 2500 daily.

I own a 12xxx. Powered by a Orion 1200d. Plenty of power. I have a box that is 2ft^3 tuned to 35hz if interested. I also think I still have my 2ft^3 tuned to 29hz box plans around some where. The dimmensions are 36x15x13.5 IIRC.

i personnally think its a waist of a big amp...but whatever...you have to know what you are doing to give it that much........build the box to how much power you have...my vote in order
