Man this box sounds like shit. A ton of port noise, a screw or two in the port missed and split the wood in the port. is that whats causing the noise?

not generally.

usually a screw or 2 or 10 in the port doesnt cause any noise that you can hear....thats for sure.

Man I feel bad, I modeled the airspace and tune, which look OK.

But i never modeled the port area, which looks like shit. Sorry.

That XXX probably wants 16sqin per cube so at 3"x12" would have been better.

It would be a bigger overall box, but sound better.
