Ok well I just got my battery so im finna go get the wood to build me a little amp/battery rack...the location of the battery will be right next to both the amps so I was wondering would it be better to run the negative grounds back to the battery or keep them on the chassis spots I have them??? I was also wondering about the use of fuses...I know im gonna need to add more but i was wondering is the 3rd fuse on the 2nd wire after the 2nd battery really neccessary as the amps have fuses???

depends on the length of the wire run. i would say yes, simply because the fuse is there to protect the wire, not necessarily the amp. you want to place the fuse as close to the battery in case of an electrical problem the fuse blows instead of the car catching on fire. always recommend using fuses.
