Re Warranty Policy Is Bs

Its like saying cause you bought a used car from the dealership that GM is directly responsible.Just because DB-r does warrenty repair work for sundown doesn't make sundown liable for the actions of DB-r.
yes but im sure if the gm dealership is handling basic ?s from customers by saying they should **** themselves and take them to court that gm aware of this practice would do something to the dealership to keep them from loosing customers due to it

Quit repeating yourself. It doesn't validate your argument.

I sure wouldn't want to deal with you in a customer services relationship //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

You don't want to go down this road. Depending on the type and nature of the defect, GM can be responsible for the claim. Such is the case with systemic problems in which GM issues re-calls.

Im not saying he's bad, But from the few questions i asked DB-r (about his services), combined with his replys to MM0142, I seriously dont see how he's in any kinda buisness.

Seems rude, Rushed, and answers what HE wants to..

DB-r, Congrats, You wont be fixing my millions of amps i need repaired.

[/my experiences]

As for the "All refurbs are bad" ( i assume this was a joke?)

Refurbed products are sent BACK to the company, after a problem is found. When said problems are found, the product (Amp in this case) goes threw rigerous testing (More tests then an amp fresh off the line, still on the shelf.), Then its problems are fixed (At which point a "True" company [Not sure we got anymore of those in the good ol u.s.] would realize WHY wat happened, Happened, And fix that as well.), Then it goes back threw more testing, At which point if its deemed okay it is sent back to the customer. Meaning they SHOULD BE less problematic then a "New" amp.

Now, Let me see if i can find any of my PM's / Emails to / from DB-r, So you can see that i too have had the same problem with his "cockiness"

Oh, And OP, Your best bet is to chaulk it up as a loss (Im sorry), And have TeamPSI or someone recone your subs.

//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif This has all been worth it !!!!!!

No immature is how you continue to repeat yourself on a public forum about something that didn't quite go the way you had hoped...
hey man free posts are free posts.. let him keep doing it. i need a higher postcount anyhow. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif

I tell ya, it can't be that damn hard to get into the amp repair business. I think I may take a few electronics vocational classes, a trip out to meet Jacob to see what's what, and start my own company. Since so few people do it, and even fewer do it right, there's gotta be some money in this.

If there was money to be made, wouldn't more people be doing it...

Food for thought.

Sorry you feel that way. You really dont have to be here . Im just trying to get some results and opinions .

I think OP doesn't know how to professionally approach the situation...then then you have db-r getting defensive about the issue and (perhaps) responding inappropriately.
I seriously doubt that. I, a future customer, Emailed or pmed him about fixing my amp in a nice manor, only to have him jump down my throat and act like he isnt willing to do the work he does for a living. I just chaulked it up and kept looking for another source. But since i see its a problem, Ill voice my experiences as well.
