RE se True power requirements?

Hey guys I have an Audison LRX1.400 mono (650@2ohm and 900@1ohm).

I am contemplating adding an RE SE but Im a bit worried as the subs seem

to have a lowish sensitivity. The general 'feeling' im getting from the search

I ran was that they were very power hungry and required more than 600

to get anything descent outta them.

The Amps gonna be running @ 2ohms(650 watts).

Does anyone know whether this is true or is it just a case of a sub that

will run optimally @ 600 but can still take more??

Only individuals that have had hands on experience with the subs need

reply.

thanks in advance.

I've got two of em, i'm gonna be putting a 1200.1 to em this spring once the snows gone. I think it'll fit them nicely, because I was pushed it with a MC1000D and they were getting about 550 a piece. They were moving pretty good, but my electrical system couldn't handle it.
