RE SE subs

Hi I'm new to this forum and i see that there are some very knowledgeable people here and I would like to get your opinions about these subs. I have owned some of the mainstream sub brands like kicker, mtx, and Jl.... I was looking for other options since i didnt really like the sq of mtx and kicker and JL is just a little too pricey. i was also looking for something different and now i want to try subs from fi and re.

Can i expect decent SQ from the 12" RE SE? or similar to the W6V2? i think that for 160 they are worth a try.

SEs sound very good. Kinda similar to the W6v2...but it all depends on the enclosure. Great sub for the money! But they do get louder and go as low as the W6v2.

They are freaking GREAT. I have 2 (as you can see in my sig)

In fact, I was just showing a buddy of mine them after work. From about 10 feet away you can feel the ground vibrating no problem, so they can get quite loud, and sound REALLY good in doing it.

i got the 2 12".s trust me, if you drive them with some good power, they will get VERY ****ing loud. I'm actually selling my hifonics 1206 and getting a 1606 or 2006.. .figure they will be more use down the road anyways (plus the se's can take way more power than im giving them...)

I see that you have them in a 2 cuft per sub. there's one box simmilar on ebay tuned at 32hz.

I had mines in a 1.75 cu ft (after displacement) tuned to 28 hz.

make sure the box on ebay is accurate
