Most feel he should be replaced.....doubt it will happen though. I guess we shall see just how strict goob will be with the mods. ngsm13 has done worse than a good portion of the people that have been banned and I dont mean just the members from last night.

I agree with part of what you said. But nJizm has done good to this forum, just maybe not lately. And If hes priviledges get removed I think we all would understand.

Out of curiosity....which parts do you disagree with?. I feel that everything I said was from a very reasonable point of view.

By all means speak your mind. Everyone else has. The mods have no reason to do anything. We all have a right to our opinions of the people that are supposed to be making this forum operate smoothly. Especially when they are abusing their power.....

Now that my ban is lifted I feel I have to speak my mind. It doesnt matter if he wanted to have fun one last time or got bored or any of that shit. Fact is he was elected as a mod to keep the forum running smoothly. That also means he is supposed to be wise with the use of the priviledges he has. It doesnt mean he can get bored and start banning people to entertain himself. Nor does it mean he has the right to edit peoples sigs, thread titles, avatars or anything unless they breach the TOS. The admin gave him these priviledges I am guessing because he thought he would be responsible with them. He has proved he cant. It would not be unreasonable for him to be removed as a mod and replaced with someone that has a bit more restraint when they get bored. He has edited threads and users avatars and sigs simply because he disagrees or does not like what they have to say. Other mods have done the same thing. Many have had issues with MikeOfTulsa but to be honest at least he has been a fair and trustworthy moderator. At least as far as I know. So basically, everyone has a right to be a little angry at ngsm13. Anyway, just my .02

I would say about 20% of the posts on this forum are actually helpful and worthy of being here. Most of the rest is all off topic or worthless babble. Not that there is anything wrong with that. Makes the forum alot more fun to be a member of. As for his reasoning, it was nothing other than him doing it because he could.

Well, it would seem you dont have a very good understanding of how things are supposed to be then. Not trying to start an arguement but I will give a example. When you stay at a motel and leave your room and your belongings are there. The maid has access to all rooms. She could go in and rob you blind even though she has access to your room for one reason which is to clean it. However, if she stole your belongings she would be abusing her priviledges (having access to your room) and would be subject to whatever recourse her boss sees fit if she is caught. ngsm13 is able to ban users if they violate certain forum rules. In a sense he is here to "clean" the forums of users that violate the TOS or posts or threads that violate the TOS. However, he abused his power by banning users that did nothing wrong. It doesnt matter if this is a internet forum or not. The admin trusted him to be responsible with the priviledges he gave him. ng then proved he wasnt able to handle that responsibility. Therefore his mod powers should be removed.
