I respect that "n00b" w/ 14,000 posts. Might not me much coming from me.. but still, in every post i've read of his it's been clear that he's not trying to steer anybody away from anything without a reason. I think the problems that eD have been through are crappy, and i wouldn't ever buy a flat coned eD sub but i'll try their new stuff.. you gotta give the new companies some slack.. but they took too much, period.

i am not trying to diss anyone. but name calling doesn't produce the neccassary facts to prove a case. all it does is, well, prove that i or anybody else can call names.

if i were in a position to rep a company at the present moment, i would. how is it in any way professional to come on a forum say

"brand X is crap, they ****, the owner is a dick"

I have come to the conclusion you actually have learning problems.

Seriously, the facts were given to you, by one of THE most respected men in audio, and that is by anyone's standards. YET you name it false.

Hundreds of people attest to their failure of the subs, yet you name it false.

Pictures were given of defective subs, yet you name it false.

You have all the facts in front of you, yet you disregard them.Why?

This thread was started (or at least my posts were made) after the link on eD's own site was changed to go to ICIX.

I'm not saying that eD products are good or not good, just that I felt a weird vibe from this sort of stuff.

And my CC was charged (over 2 months) before my eD sub shipped. (original flat nomex cone pre-order 15A).

This may never have happened since and may never happen again .. and maybe it was just me, but it did happen. Saying anything else is just false.

And to be honest it wasn't a big deal to me.
