RE MT vs. DD 9500 series...

what do u guys think? don't take into account any customer service type issues (i've heard about DD's) just on the basis of the quality of the woofer and basis to get loud (obviously install dependent) but for DD...which would u choose and why?

A RE MT 12"

Audio Que 12" hd

thats were im at....i have heard nothing bad about audio que spoke with the owner for a while great guy service seems great and products look solid, Mt's everyones a Re ***** but hell why not they got good stuff, you hear mixed reviews on the mts, you hear it will need a recone, it will not, back and forth but they are some **** loud woofers thou //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

being that you know its install dependant, and you know about the cs....what info are you even looking for?

I guy in canada had 1 10" woofer and had 2 rockford bd1500D amps on it and it pounded the **** out of a geo storm. On the other hand I have yet to see an MT at a competition //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

i never see re at local shows, but seen alot of MT's at regional events...we've had success using MT's in stock class lately as well

Some people gain using MTs over DDs, for some its vice versa.

That was a pic of the woofer he was using, I havnt seen the latest design, you have a pic?? Ive only been to 1 regional event and 5 shows in NY and 1 in Canada. The only RE sub Ive seen is the SX and that was at the Canadian show.

it almost looks like the DD 9500 series...the basket and the double stacked magnets do at least...just less shiny...

Based on CS alone RE sharts all over DD, from personal experience.

i've heard recently that is been hell tryin to get a recone from RE though...although many more horror stories about DD...but they do make some beefy drivers...DD does...
