I would have to say he has two options
You have creditability here and he pays buy MO or Paypal with fees and gets one hell of a deal.

Or you leave negative feedback, cause he is not willing to do paypal or MO it seems. I dont know its none of my business but he seems shady as hell.

What are you talking about, you cant say you accept paypal then say only if they buyer pays the fees....thats foked up. If you are gonna make people pay the % or even "ask", list it in the auction(which you cant) or dont put paypal as a payment option.

the fact is, that he didnt ask for the fees till the auction was over. Like bimma said, would you pay for something that they try to charge more than what is on the price tag because of "extra fees" that you do not know about? Like i said, thats part of paypal, the seller pays because it is conveinent for the buyers, hence you sell more items/end with higher prices. If you dont like the fees, dont offer payal. Its as simple as that.
