i run my own buisness where i work on electronics,take some flux put on the bad spot,then take ur solderind iron and retin that spot untill it looks filled in good,then if there is any solder excess take a small,tiny pair of dikes and trim it.should be fine,but be sure and cut out a small round piece of felt and put on ur cone where it was slapping,but be sure and felt both sides equalilly

ive got some new things of tensil wire that ive used tor epair thigns liek this....i ussually cut it abotu a mm or 2mm off the cone, solder and glue that solder job to the cone (dont over do the glue)....then get the length right and solder onto the terminal...i can send u excellent tensil wire if u wanna do that, LMK man. PM me

Holy crap, it looks like that tinsil lead has been rubbing pretty bad on the basket.

Where the paint is missing on the basket looks to be about where the bad part on the tinsil would slap.
