Well most of you guys know it is about to be a group buy for re and i am wondering what i should get now. I like bass that sounds really good and really loud so what do you guys think about this. would a sx 18 be a good choice to get because that was the sub i was leaning to, does anyone have this sub and how does it sound?

Read the post I linked to. It explains everything. Once it starts, you can call and order. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

The SX is not a SQ oriented sub....a great street beater, loud as hell, but if you're looking for something with a very smooth sound, you may want to look outside of RE (xxx's are not in the group buy).

I know there is a group buy going on, but saving a few bucks off their prices should not be reason to exclude the rest of the audio world, where I believe better sounding equipment can be had for around the same price.

If you're set on RE though, or if you just want a street beater without being overly concerned on the SQ side of things, the SX is a great choice. Think about space before you grab an 18 though...the 15 IMHO can be made louder than any street driver needs to be, and it requires a lot less space.

I am thinking of switching my juggernaut plan for the sx 18s. 13 cf box, however. It is okay because I am removing the back seat. I am glad I got until the end of december to decide. $265 for the 18sx is a good deal. I haven't found any equivalent 18s for that price.

The SE is a very smooth sounding sub. If he wants to run a sealed sub system, the SE's would be a great choice. And they are hella cheap with this group buy ($137, $147 & $167 for the 10, 12 & 15 is very cheap). If I needed any sealed box subs right now Id be all over those.

can anyone design me a box to fit in a 96 cavalier i have someone to make it i just need a design and idk if i can fit 4-4.5 in my trunk so someone please wana help me out on this one? and would i be best off giong with a 12 then if i cant fit 4?

Not everybody knows the trunk space of your car. Go buy a tape measure for $1, go outside and measure the amount of space you'd be willing to give up for your bass. These measurements can be calculated into cubic feet with very little math knowledge, or if you **** at math, many internet calculators are available. Thank you, have a nice day
