good. that guy was an idiot. i walked in .. and they didn't have their showroom done, so i asked for a brochure or something(didn't want to walk out empty handed) and i guess he had no clue what i meant, so he went back and got david. i guess it was cool tho, cuz since the show room wasn't done david took me out to his truck and showed me what MT's dide //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

 
It's my experiance that RE's customer service is horrible. You arn't the first person that has had a hard time getting ahold of someone over there...believe me.
it is a little tough to get them on the phone, but i wouldnt call the customer service horrible, they actually go out pretty far to help you once you make contact
