RE audio xxx15 with xtx 5000.1 amp?

Is the RE audio XXX15 work well with the RE audio XTX 5000.1 amp? In the description it says the amp works just right with the XXX12, but it has the same 2000 watt rms as the XXX15. A

btw any ideas on the box? would I have to use extra think wood since it weighs 100lbs and would it need to be set upright?
