I don't know I bought it for $450 shipped a month ago, and there are others on here for $500. Sundowns go for 5-$600 used all day. This is close to the same amp.

@ .5 ohms on this amp @ 14 volts I would expect close to 4k watts.

$400 for 3,000 true watts is a good price. The V1's are tried and proven, unlike the new v2. The v1's are a true quality amp and well worth his asking price of $400.

I'm going to see if my friend wants this, his v2 just crapped out and he needs a amp in the meantime.
