RD Audio: Fantastic to deal with!!!!

I just wanted to let everyone know about the conversation I just had with Steve, the owner of RD Audio. I don't think I can articulate enough how greatful I am do be doing business with him.

I called Steve up this morning to try and purchase a 12" Alpha recone and to explain my delima of not being able to fit my ported box into my trunk for the 15" Alpha I just got. We talked for about 20 min. and I can't say enough about Steve's character. Patient, helpful, was REALLY LISENING TO ME and not only did he offer to sell me the recone, he is offering to give me FULL DOLLAR amount for trading him the 15" I bought from MisterGrubbs on here (I payed $290)!!!!!!!!!//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eek.gif.771b7a90cf45cabdc554ff1121c21c4a.gif:eek: I am going to use that towards 3 tens or 2 twelves.

How many companies out there will do that, huh?

I know there are a ton of horror stories about bad business this and bad business that, but as far as I am concernd, those stories don't apply to the company I am dealing with.

RD is the BEST audio company I've dealt with ever, period.

I'm so pumped about this situation, I think I'm going to even put an RD vinyl on my car, and I've never in my entire life rep'd a company like that. Ever.

Yeah, "serious business." I'm in sales and marketing, I don't hore myself out for nothing!

I'm not nut swinging but I would like to see any other company do that. So maybe he is trying to make amends, wouldn't you if owned a business and the consumers were ruining your name? I'm not denying past situations, but I'm new, so I have my own stories to tell.

Just wanted to express my gratitude.

 
Steve's a nice guy, he's helped me out a bunch of times. He's not dumb, he knows that when he started out he had problems -- so he's making amends on that slowly. It takes time to change people's opinion of things. Especially on the internetzzzzzz

Steve great guy to talk to in person and over the phone. But as it's already been said about their past.

Looks like he's really trying to get them more known now and it seems to be working.
