Just bought this but now I don't have a job and I need some money in the interim. Cosmetically it looks perfect with the exception of the mounting tabs which are bent. I have a lot of refs all over, you can look me up here or on DIYMA. Price is $1400 shipped, insured, and I dont charge PP.

*EDIT* I also am waiting on the backplate from the original owner. If you purchase it before I get it I will just have him send it to you

*EDIT* This info is new as of 9/30, please review:

It has been brought to my attention that this amp is POTENTIALLY a refurb. When brought to the previous owners attention, this is what was stated, take it as you will

Refurb? I broke the last 7500.1 that Steve @ RD Audio. He said he would send me a new one and that they lost the back plate to it. I would not send you a refurb! The tabs were not bent when I got it.
I called my sponsor and they told me to hold on and they would call me back. What I sold you was a BNIB RD 7500.1 to my knowledge. It even looked brand new when I got it, and tested it. The only thing i did notice was the use of a lot of electrical liquid. You can ask hunterw and severedvegan, they knew i broke it and they knew I was getting a new amp.
I DO NOT want to deceive any potential buyers, so please CONTACT ME if you have any questions BEFORE you make a purchase.

its a 7K amplifier bro...

its pretty straight forward..

if you've got the voltage to power it and keep it at a steady voltage then you're good..

if you cant get a straight answer just call up Atomic and ask them about their 7K and if its good for daily usage

Taken from the website:

This is a Competition only amplifier and we do not recommend it for daily applications due to its massive power output and current draw.
Recommended power supply– A minimum of six group 31 batteries and a high output alternator.

The RD series amplifiers deliver a ton of power with a low distortion rate. We used the best parts we could find to give you a top quality amplifier that anyone would be proud to show off. With their clean looks and sleek finish, they’ll look good in any install. So whether it’s an elegant sound quality setup or a high powered SPL vehicle, the RD series amplifiers have you covered.

It says not recommended, but I assume if you have the electrical you could do it. IDK man, your call =\

Atomic is not very straight forward, if you have ever tried to call and talk to them before. I know its a zenon board which tends to be built well but I have seen several atomic 5ks and 7ks in for repair. I have a 360 amp ohio gen alt with over 30 runs of 1/0 (600') and several batteries for it. Power is not the issue, will it stay on daily is my issue.

Holy fawk

I know people that are running the 7K amplifiers in daily set ups.. and all is good..

mind you they have the sufficient voltage to run the amplifier as well.

if you're looking at running the amplifier for daily use you better have a minimum of 3 good solid big batts dedicated for the amplifier alone.. I'm saying a minimum of 3..the more the better of course.

Another thing you have to take into account is that you'll never ever get the full potential out of the amplifier for daily usage since you'll never run it low enough to get the maxx power.. remember you'll have impedance rise which will easily have the amplifier playing at a higher impedance thus not having the amplifier draw as much current.. either way the amplifier should run daily providing you have ample battery power. If you're planning on running it with a single battery or a pair of batteries then maybe its not the amplifier for you...

sorry for the rambling
