How would i hook that up?

With a 2ch amp running 2 6.5s and a 2ch amp bridged running the sub?

You don't need to buy a new headunit.

A simple pair of Y-splitters ($5) would allow you to split the signal to each amplifier.

you can buy my old eclipse HU. 3434 i think it is. 3 sets of preouts front rear nonfade. mp3s and what not...very clean. i'll sell it for 100 + shipping if you are interested. was 250 new 3 years ago.
