Bugs Fixed: Invalid notification of bluetooth disconnection event

Note: For those of you who have installed previous versions of the software, version 0.4 includes a WINDOWS INSTALLER. DO NOT COPY this file to your pocket PC like you did with the CAB file before. Instead, extract the ZIP file and run SETUP.EXE on your desktop PC. If your pocketPc is connected to your PC, it will automatically install the new app on your device. If it is not connected, it will install the app the next time your ActiveSync your device.
