RCA Headers popped off.

***Got everything I need, let it die now...****

Long story short, I was removing my sub, and I pulled the RCA headers through a gap in which I thought they would fit. They didn't. One of the headers popped off and now one came off right at the base off the header but there's plenty of cable left over. I have kicker RCA's if that's any help. I'd need a new header I'm assuming. I don't want to run my RCA's again because that means I gotta tear apart my car, remove the old ones and lay down some new ones. Oh and if there's a guide please link me. Sorry I'm so brief, I'm packing for college because I'm leaving tomorrow.
