rattle coming from speaker

so i just finished up installing a set of up6 components and one of my mids is making a rattling noise. at first i thought it might be the door panel or something in there, but its the speaker itself. i took the speaker out of the enclosure to make sure that wasnt the problem, and it still made the noise. anyone have a similar problem and have a solution to it, or am i stuck sending the speaker back. please help soon because im most likely sending the mid back tomorrow.

sounds like part of surround has unglued best to send it back... i had a similar noise on one of my component speakers
