Rate Adire's subs from best to worst

You're correct. The Tempest used to be only a 15" driver.

Interesting when I talked to adire on wednesday they told me the Koda is better than the shiva hands down, if you have the extra cash, since it has a better XBL^2 driver and should have about the same output as the shiva.

So I think the Koda is better than the Shiva in SQ. At least, as for their new kodas that are coming out beginning of next month. Dunno if this was true before.

As much as I would like the get a Bramah, the new Koda 10's only need 4.something inches of mounting depth!

J/K.......I'm just a little upset that I never got to hear any of them when I made my last purchase of woofers. I can't buy what I can't try out first.

Well that's impossible, as the Koda (so far) has only been availble in 8" and 10" versions, while the Shiva has only been available in the 12.

The Koda 10 was a better 'SQ' sub than the Shiva by a considerable amount imho. But the Shiva's are very nice no doubt.

Looks like I should be ordering 2 10 inch New Version Kodas sometime next week.

Fair Enough, All I said was that I called adire like 2 days ago and they told me the new Koda Line will sound better than the Shiva line if you have the extra cash.

Then again they told me 4 weeks 8 weeks ago lol.

But some places are taking pre-orders.
