Now, I know you're gonna flame me for the setup but the amp was bogus. I hooked up a kicker one from a friend and it ran them like shit too but it's because the kicker amp was 10 years old, and looked like a radiator. It was too old and had been sapped dry by the 15" jl's it had been running so it wasn't accurate to gauge it on running these kickers.
I have a 5 gauge power running to the back,which was too short. I hooked it into a multi amp hookup that had a 6 gauge wire or so running to the power. 100 amp fuse to this line.

An 8 gauge or so ground.

Remote wire.

Two kicker 15" L7's. 2000 watts max, 1000 rms.

2000 watt two channel Lanzar viberant, a piece of shit so I've been told now.

where the hell you getting 5 and 5 gauge wire? weldingsupply? what voice coil config are your subs? is your box ported?

i'd recommend redoing your whole wiring setup before you worry about an amp.

yea your ground needs to be the same size as your power wire

Most panels saws are off 1/4" for every 48". Some even worse.

Uh yeah it is ghetto..

The amp worked on my two 12" audiobahns. It blew the main line cause it was too small. Fine, got it all hooked up to my 15"s after putting them together. The dual 25 amp fuses blew, put in new ones and tried again, blew the fuses. Switched wiring cause I thought I dropped it to one ohm and it blew them cause the amp is only 2 ohm stable. Nope, didn't blow fuses, protection light is on permanantly now, so is center blue light up neon thing.

Urich is a small small town lol. Big cities it is near to within 40 minutes is Lee's Summit, Blue Springs. 20 minutes from Harrisonville. 15 minutes from Clinton.

Well I thought it was 5 gauge wire...uhh..it might be different but it's thick and it's red. Bigger than the 8 gauge blue one I had.

Bought them both from wal-mart hah..first mistake right?
