Raptor 1/0 amp kit

I was recommended this amp kit by someone on this forum. It was only $30, so I should have known better...but I wasnt expecting this wire to be THIS puney. I think my no name 4 gauge is actually slightly larger as far as actual wire goes. If you're looking for a kit with a THICK outter jacket, this is for you. Or if you're looking for 4gauge that looks big...lol And the 4 gauge wire that came with the kit... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif I'm going to use it for speaker wire in my next install. It's smaller than most of the 8 gauge I've seen. I wouldnt recommend purchasing this kit at all. If you're looking for big wire, save your money and buy a respectable brand. Just thought I'd let everyone know my opinion on the raptor kit I've seen recommended around here. Did you see the 4 gauge though?! You'd be better off with walmart 8 gauge! It's pathetic. Ah well, $30 speaker wire ftw?

Kicker is one of the best kits for the money, imo

i bought it too...i could still use the "0 gauge" wire though. im sure it can hold at least 180 amps.
