I finally got my 12'' HDC3 today I was so happy, i brought it inside the house and starting dismantling the package. I pulled out the sub, looked it over and was very pleased. Then I happen to look at the box and it reads D1 //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/mad.gif.c18f003ab0ef8a0d9c27ca78d77a6392.gif

Was suppose to be a daul 2, so now i have to cancel my order with Jake from Sundown tomorrow on the SAE 1200d until I get this figured out.

So im thinking ill send the sub back as long as I pay no shipping charges. Or do I keep the sub and look for a 2ohm stable amp ?

Or maybe they just put my sub in a different box ?

after imp rise and everything you may be around 1ohm...you may wanna hook it up and check

got your box yet? put the sub in the box wired up then test the coils. box rise might put you at 1ohm.
No not yet. But you are going alittle over my head man //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif box rise ? And how would that affect anything

This wasn't a mistake, it was a sign. It means buy ANOTHER one, and an amp that does enough power for two @ 1 ohm //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

lol. Not anytime soon, if I had an SUV I would think about it ?

I say keep both the sub and the amp. The amp will do fine at .5 ohms with the right electrical and will be closer to powering ur sub correctly //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
