Does anyone know exactly what a scosche interface module does in a 03 silverado.. I don't have the steering wheel controls hooked up. I know the buzzers work through it but wondering if it also controls the power imput to the radio? Reason I ask is my radio will randomly shut off. But I can turn it on right away... it is extremely random it could be good for a week or 2 or it could shut the radio down a few times in a day or for a day or 2 then be fine again for weeks... I can also hear a pop/tick sound from the interface module something like taking a 9 void battery and hooking to a speaker. This is with no key or anything on
