I definitely prefer dual sided swingarms over single sided swingarms. It's a better structural design and you can use less material to achieve the same integrity, therefore you save weight. I also like the look better. I guess some people might like the single side better though. Only benefit I see is that it would be easier to remove the rear tire for maintenance. Not sure if I'd like the rear brake and sprocket on the same side though..

Also, with a regular swingarm, you have to make sure the rear tire is aligned properly by lining the indicators up identical on both sides. With the single side, It looks like they use a hub similar to a car. I'd assume they have some adjustment with the bracket? I personally wouldn't buy a bike like this
